A house from the 30’s. The owner runs a nursery – Montessori. The project comprised of demolition of the existing extension, garage and then starting a new extension. First floor – living room with kitchen and bathroom, ground floor – 2 rooms, bathroom and a nursery.
The nursery remained closed for 5 weeks and during that time we had to conduct all the construction and refurbishments works in the nursery part, as well as conduct all demolishing works. After that we separated the nursery area from the rest of the house. The nursery was ready and fully functional way before the schedule. And all the remaining works had been carried according to plan. We took care of everything all the way through.
